How do I book a service?

Go to Book, choose your service, location, and time, and submit. Providers send offers; you accept one and pay. See how to book a service.

How are providers verified?

When is my card charged?

Your card is authorized when you accept an offer and captured after the job is completed (and any job proof). See how to pay as a customer.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation and refund rules are in our terms. Unused bookings may be refundable under certain conditions.
