How to pay as a customer

Pay securely with Stripe when you book; payment is captured after job completion

Customers pay through Mint Soup using Stripe. Your card is authorized when you accept an offer and charged after the job is completed (and any required job proof).

When you pay

You enter payment details during the booking flow. The amount is authorized when you accept a provider’s offer. It is only captured once the job is done and, if applicable, job proof or completion code is confirmed.
