Step-by-step guide to booking services and finding providers on Mint Soup
Mint Soup makes it easy to find and book local service providers. This guide walks you through the basics.
Browse or search for a service
Go to Services to see categories (Landscaping, Cleaning, Handyman, etc.) or use the Provider directory and filter by service and location. You can also start at Book and choose your service there.
Book a service
On the Book page, select the service type, enter your location and preferred time, and submit. Matching providers will send offers; you choose one and pay securely. See our how to book a service article for details.
Pay and complete the job
Payment is processed via Stripe. After the job is done (and any job proof provided), payment is released. Read how to pay as a customer and check the FAQ for common questions.
