Providers set or offer prices. You see the amount before you book and pay.

When payment is captured

Payment is authorized when you book. It is captured after the job is completed and, where applicable, after job proof or completion code is confirmed.

Refunds

Refunds follow our terms and conditions and Stripe’s policies. Unused bookings may be refunded in line with our expiry and cancellation rules.
