We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, address for bookings, payment details via Stripe), device and usage data when you use our site, and content you submit (reviews, job proof and reference photos, booking messages). Payment card details are processed by Stripe and not stored by us.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process bookings and payments, verify identity where applicable, communicate with you, and show relevant content (e.g. provider profiles, service areas). We may use Google Ads and related tools for advertising and analytics; see Google’s privacy policy for how they use data. We may use your content (e.g. reviews, proof photos) as part of site content and for quality and trust purposes, in line with our terms and conditions.
4. Visibility of bookings
Bookings are visible only to relevant parties: the customer who created the booking, the provider assigned (or eligible) for that booking, and platform administrators. We do not share your booking details with other customers or unrelated providers.

We use Google Ads and Google indexing. Our site may be indexed by Google for search. Advertising and analytics may involve cookies and similar technologies; you can manage preferences in your browser and via Google’s settings.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. We retain information as needed to provide services, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
